Ahmad has built his career by dedicating himself to working with athletes and helping them generate more value from their professional careers. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Ahmad served three years as Founding CEO of OneTeam Partners - a group licensing, marketing, and media powerhouse representing the commercial interests of women’s and men’s athletes across multiple sports. Earlier in his career, Ahmad led NFL Players Inc. as President and helped grow the NFL Players Association’s marketing and licensing business into one of the largest for-profit licensors in sports, doubling annual revenue and payouts to players during his tenure. Ahmad is a University of Michigan and University of Chicago Law School alum.

Rachel serves as the Chief People Officer at Winners Alliance, overseeing all aspects of organizational design, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other key human resources functions. With a career dedicated to HR, Rachel brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering strong workplace cultures. Before joining Winners Alliance, Rachel began her career at Credit Suisse before transitioning to the tech sector, where she honed her skills in talent strategy and recruitment. She later shifted to the sports industry, aligning her passion for people with the dynamic and fast-paced environment of sports. Rachel is a proud alum of Penn State University and is committed to driving organizational excellence through innovative people strategies and a collaborative leadership approach.
